Since its founding in 1983, Germania of
America, Inc. (GOA) has aspired to the highest levels of trust,

are a privately-owned, full-service real estate advisory firm
that invests in office and retail estate on behalf of qualified
European institutional and private investors. Today, our
investment and our asset management portfolio of over 3.5
million square feet is valued in excess of $750 million.
